In this session, Dr. Jan will explore aging as a natural biological process marked by progressive physiological changes and increased susceptibility to chronic conditions. The presentation will examine the molecular mechanisms underlying aging, introduce the concept of biomorphosis as a natural life transition, and highlight evidence-based nutritional strategies that may help support healthy aging and longevity.
