The Honoris Causa (D.Litt.) of the University of Mysore in Research and Innovation was conferred at the University’s 105th Annual Convocation at the University in Mysuru, India on January 18, 2025.

“Your accomplishments and achievements in the field of nutraceutical ingredient industry have been well appreciated and noteworthy, and you have been recognized as a global leader in the concerned fields,” wrote Professor N. K. Lokanath, Vice Chancellor of the University of Mysore. “Recognizing your rich contributions in the field of clinical studies, regulatory standards, and guiding numerous studies in the field of education, the Hon'ble Governor of Karnataka and Chancellor of the University of Mysore, Mysuru has pleased to confer the Honoris Causa (D.Litt.) of the University of Mysore.”

Established in 1916, University of Mysore is the sixth oldest university in the country, and the first to be established outside of British administration. The university has 122 affiliated colleges and five constituent colleges.
