Sami-Sabinsa (Nanjing) Biotech Company has recently won the prestigious 2023 Technology Innovation Award at the 3rd Food Formula Innovation Show for its breakthrough product LactoSpore® - Weizmannia coagulans MTCC 5856 (Bacillus coagulans).
Top global corporations as well as Chinese homegrown majors from the functional food, food, and dairy product categories presented their innovations at this forum. Out of 150 technologies and projects presented at the forum, 20 submissions, including Sami-Sabinsa Nanjing’s, were recognized, and awarded. These innovations were evaluated based on criteria including degree of innovation, cost optimization, market value, and customer benefits.
