Senior scientists from the Sami-Sabinsa Group participated in the International Conference on Algae organized by the National Repository for Microalgae and Cyanobacteria (NRMC) and the School of Life Sciences, Bharathidasan University. The conference was held last week at Bharathidasan University at Tiruchirappalli in the State of Tamil Nadu, India. Dr. A. Sivakumar, V.P., Biotechnology, and Dr. K. Syed Musthafa represented the Sami-Sabinsa Group at the conference. The conference served as a platform for Sami-Sabinsa to promote its probiotics and standardized phytoextracts to academia and the scientific community. Distinguished scientists and academics from India and abroad gave over one hundred lectures and presentations at this enlightening session.
